Let's make sure that you only have one active account, cydneydenisecane

 

You can log in to the second account and cancel the duplicate subscription from there. Here's how:

 

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and look for Account and Settings.
  2. Proceed to the Billing and Subscription tab. 
  3. Click the Cancel link beside your QuickBooks Online subscription status.
  4. Click Continue to cancel and indicate that this is a duplicate or an invalid account. 
  5. Click Confirm Cancel.

If the account is within the trial period, it'll be cancelled automatically after 30 days. Then, your data will be deleted after 90 days.

In case you can't log in to the duplicate account, please contact our phone support team. They will need to verify your account information cancel it for you. Here's how: 

 

  1. Open this link: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact.
  2. Click QuickBooks Orders and Account Management, then click Cancellation.
  3. Click Get Phone Number.
