Sales Report With Customer Contact Information?

I am trying to run a report for one of my sales rep groups. I need to have sales history by customer (ideally broken down year by year) and the customer contact info (name, address, phone, email) on one report. Is this possible to generate in QB Premier Desktop 2019?

I can help share some steps on how you can customize your sales report in QuickBooks Desktop depending on or desired set up.

 

You can pull up the Sales by Rep Detail report and customize it to show the rep's name, address, phone, email.

 

I'll show you how:

  1. Click on Reports at the top menu bar.
  2. Select on Sales.
  3. Choose Sales by Rep Detail.
  4. Click on Customize Report.
  5. Select the Display tab.
  6. Enter the Date range of the transactions that you wanted to show up.
  7. Under the Column section select, name, address, phone, and email. 
  8. Click OK to save changes.
