Did you encounter any error messages? Details about this would be much appreciated so I can give you a hand.

 

Meanwhile, cache file helps websites load faster. However, it can cause issues or unexpected results when piled-up on your browser. We can do browser troubleshooting steps to remove any cache-related issues.

  1. Using a private browser would be our first option, because it doesn't store cache files. Then, access your account again. 
  2. If it works, you can clear the cache storage of your regular browser.
  3. Other browsers are good alternatives, too. Each browser stores different sets of cache files.
