I’d be glad to help you go through some steps to get the customer’s name to appear on your invoices.
The customer should directly appear in the Bill To section on your invoice. Since this information does not show up, I recommend using a private browser because it does not save files in the cache.
Log back in to your account and view the invoice to see if the name is showing. Once done, then you can switch back to regular browsing and clear the history and internet files in the cache.
