I'll help you look for the last year's expenses in QuickBooks Online, robert-warner.

 

If you're in the Expenses tab under the Expenses menu, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Next or Last. That will give you the rest of the expenses that aren't shown in the first page. 

 

You can also filter the view in the Expenses tab to show all expenses since the start of the company. Here's how: 

 

  1. Click the drop-down list for Filter.
  2. Select Expense under Type, then select Custom under Date.
  3. Go to Date and select All dates. You can also select Last year and click Apply
