Why does my personal email show on a client's My Accountant tab & its the reply-to email for QB emails to clients? I signed up w/it, but changed to company email.

Hi there, mipson.

 

It's possible the email used by your client when inviting you as an accountant is the personal one. You can inform your client to delete you first as an accountant in their Online account.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon on the top menu.
  2. Select Manage Users.
  3. At the top left, click the Accountants tab.
  4. Find the accountant's name, then click Delete under the ACTION column.  
  5. Click Delete to confirm. 

Then, let your client invite you again using your company email address.
