Let's open the bill payment and get this fixed in no time.

 

Here's how:

  1. On the left panel, click Expenses.
  2. Open the bill payment.
  3. Select the bill that the payment should have been associated with.
  4. Click Save.

If you don't have the option to select a bill on the Bill Payment page, I recommend contacting our Customer Support team. They can check your Bill Pay settings and get this straightened out.

  1. Log in to your account at qbo.intuit.com.
  2. Click on Help.
  3. Choose Contact us.
