I can help you make sure to send invoices successfully.
There are two main reasons why invoices wasn't sent, these are:
- because the email address was entered incorrectly
- there was a temporary issue with the recipients email server
To further isolate the issue, kindly verify that the email address that you have for the customer is correct. You can open your invoice again and review the email address. If correct, please try to send the invoice to check if the problem persists.
