Efile enrollment

When I originally setup the efile for my federal taxes I didn't receive my enrollment PIN for efiling forms until after the expiration of said PIN so now I can't efile my 941 form. How do I get another PIN?

Let’s re-submit your e-filing enrollment request to get another PIN. Let me guide you how.


  1. Go to Employees, then select the Payroll Center.
  2. Click the File Forms tab.
  3. At the bottom of the page, under Other Activities click Change Filing Method.
  4. Choose Federal 94x Efile Enrollment.
  5. Click Edit.
  6. Follow the on-screen instruction to complete the enrollment.

Once done, you’ll receive a letter with the 10-digit PIN and the Statement of Receipt within 7-10 banking days. Affix your signature on the Statement of Receipt and mail it back to activate the PIN.
