How Do I add Ohio IT501 form to my e-file account

I need to update my Ohio form IT-501 form monthly filing. When I go to the electronic filing options I don't see a place to add a new form to be filed.

You can only set up the OH WH IT 501 for E-pay only. You can check this article for more information: Ohio Payroll Tax Compliance.

 

For online filing, you'll have to process it on the state agency's website: http://www.business.ohio.gov.
