Great to see you here, @cbottrun,

I can share some insights on how to run your quarterly forms from the previous year.

To make sure you can file your 2018 Quarterly forms, I'd suggest entering them manually through the IRS or the state website since our forms in QuickBooks have already been updated to 2019. You can, however, access your payroll form data from last year for your reference. Let me guide you on how to do that:

  1. Go to the Employees menu.
  2. Choose Payroll Tax Forms & W-2s.
  3. Select Process Payroll Forms.
  4. In the File Forms window, double-click the Quarterly form you need.
  5. In the Select Filing Period section, enter the last day of the quarter in the Quarter Ending field. In your case, it should be 03/31/2018.
  6. Click OK.

You can also you the Tax Form Worksheets. Follow the steps below:

  1. Click the Reports menu bar.
  2. Choose Employees & Payroll.
  3. Tap More Payroll Reports in Excel then click Tax Form Worksheets.
  4. Click Enable Macros.
  5. Choose the type of tax worksheet you want to create and the dates, click Create Report.

That should give you the tax information from last year. Please check out these article to know more about processing QuickBooks Desktop forms:
