Re: Payroll Form 941

Hello there, @Smalygo Properties.

You have to prepare the Form 941 on the 4th quarter in 2018 to be able to file the form successfully. I'm here to help guide you how.

To prepare the form:

  1. Click on Employees at the top menu bar.
  2. Select Payroll Center.
  3. Click on File Forms.
  4. Look for the Quarterly Form 941.
  5. Click on Create Form.
  6. Customize the date beside Quarter Ending (12/31/2018).
  7. Click OK.
  8. If you want to e-file the form, click on the Submit Form button.
  9. Click on E-file.

On the other hand, if you wish to delete the Form 940 in 2018 and Form 941 on the 1st quarter in 2019, you may need to go to the Filing History and check the form under Saved Filings or E-Filings. Once done, locate and delete the form from there.

  1. Go to the Payroll Center.
  2. Click on Payroll Center.
  3. Go to the File Forms column.
  4. Look for Filing History under File Forms.
