i am attempting to submit my 941/944 payment. i get an error that i can't get beyond that says "Before you can pay taxes, you need to enter your Job Skills Fee Rate for TN." well, no employees live in TN, i have no TN w/holdings due on the payroll report, and my "Tax Setup" page only lists the two states in which employees reside. one employee had a TN address that has since been changed, but i can't see any setup areas where anything related to TN is viewable or editable. also, what the eff is a job skills fee rate?! regardless, i can't submit my 941/944 (due tomorrow...) till i clear this error.

You'll normally get this error if you added the state of Tennessee on your Work Locations or assigned this location to your employee's profile. You can check your employee's information to verify if someone is using TN. Here's how:
If there is no one assigned to the state, let's access your Payroll Settings and update your State Tax Setup. Follow the steps below:
Once done, try submitting your 941/944 payment. It should work this time.

thanks so much! the employee did have the correct work location listed, but removing the state in the tax settings fixed it. it had "0" employees listed there, but apparently the existence of it at all was the issue. really appreciate it! taxes paid, feds kept at bay!
