Can I add invoices already sent by other means to quick books?

Welcome to the Community - thank you for your question!
You can add these invoices - when creating them, select save rather than save & send so the invoice only saves to the system and does not send a duplicate transaction to the customer.
You have clicked a link to a site outside of the QuickBooks or ProFile Communities. By clicking "Continue", you will leave the community and be taken to that site instead.
