How do I get the VAT Registration number to show up on an invoice?

I can help to show up your VAT number on your invoices, Mary.

If you mean the VAT Registration number of your company, you'll just have to enter it in your VAT settings. Then, it will show up on your invoice form.

1. Go to Taxes on your dashboard. 
2. Click the Edit VAT drop-down list in the upper-right hand corner and select Edit settings. 
3. Enter your VAT Registration number in the field indicated.
4. Click Save.

If you mean the VAT number of your customer, you will edit your invoice template to add it to the display.

1. On the Invoice page, click Customise at the bottom part.
2. Select Edit current.
3. Click the Content bar and click the Header section of the previewed invoice on the right.
4. Go to the Display section (right picture).
5. Put a check in the Customer VAT number checkbox.
6. Click Save.

You can print the invoice after following the steps above.
