Hello there, @193514701987444h44.
I'm here to provide the help that you need with your bank transactions concern.
If it's your first time to connect your bank account with QuickBooks Online, take note that it will only download the last 90 days of your transactions. However, if this isn't the first time, let's go ahead and update your bank account manually to download your latest bank transactions.
Here's how:
- From the left menu, select Banking.
- On the Banking page, select Update.
- If prompted, enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) credentials and select Continue update.
If you encounter any error messages while on the process, you can refer to this article for some troubleshooting steps: How to manually update an account and fix banking errors.
If doing the steps above doesn't make a difference, and you need more than 90 days of transactions, you can export additional historical transactions from the bank and upload them into your QuickBooks company. To do that, please refer to the steps found in this link: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
Also, here's a reference that you can visit to help you handle bank transactions in Quickbooks Online for your future use: What to do if bank transactions won’t download.
If the issue persists, I'd suggest reaching out to your financial institution. This is because QuickBooks is dependent on the information that was transferred from your bank.
Keep me posted if you have any other questions with this concern. I'll make sure to get back to you as soon as I can. Wishing you and your business continued success!
