I have connected to LLoyds bank. However, when Quickbooks retreived the transactions, it failed to retrieve transactions for a week in February 19. What happened?

Banking automatically downloads transactions that are not beyond 90 days, suriya-subramani.

 

The possible reason why the transactions on February 19 didn't automatically downloads in QuickBooks is that they are already beyond 90 days.

 

In this case, you'll need to manually import them in QuickBooks by using our WebConnect feature. I'll guide you through in importing these transactions.

 

To start, you'll have to log in to your bank and download the transactions within the affected date range with the file formats that QuickBooks Online supports.
