How do you delete a product or service from your list of product and service’s?

I'll share information about managing the list for your products and services in QuickBooks Online.

To ensure the accuracy of your financial and inventory reports, the option to delete the products and services is unavailable. Instead, you can make it inactive so that it does not appear in your lists, reports, or transactions.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Sales menu, then select Products and Services.
2. Locate the item that you want to delete.
3. Besides Edit, click the drop-down menu and choose the option Make inactive.
