How to change font size on report for quickbooks online

Hi there, lisal36. 

 

I'm more than happy to show you how to change the size of font on your reports, and while you're at it, you'll also be able to add your company logo or edit the reports however you see fit. Follow the steps below:

  1. Click the Gear Icon in the top right
  2. Hit Custom form styles under Your Company
  3. Click the blue Edit button under Actions. 
  4. Under the Design tab, click the Select a different font button
  5. It should be automatically set to 10pt, you can up it to 12pt. 

You'll also notice other options like, Splash on some color or Add your unique logo. These custom settings will allow you to change up your reports and allow you to edit them as you see fit. I do not see where this changes anything for Reports.  It says specifically it is for Invoices.

 

Is there anyway to change the font for Reports, both pdf and Excel in Quickbooks Online?

Yes, you're right. Changing the fonts from a template will reflect in invoices. 

 

QuickBooks doesn't yet include the option to change the font for reports (PDF and Excel). Though, you can manually adjust the font when you export the report to Excel. Click the Enable Editing and edit the font size.

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Feedback under Profile.

Nothing in these comments shows how to change the font size.  It is a total waste and quite frankly the worst version of Quickbooks ever.  Nothing is easy and it is laborious to print any report unless you do it through excel which just creates more work.  Your online product is horrible and i would not recommend it to anyone.
