I canceled QuickBooks months ago and now you’re back on my phone and I’m being charged. I don’t use QuickBooks.

Hello @jfrland, I realize that encountering unexpected charges can be upsetting. I'm here to explain the reason you continue to incur charges despite having canceled your subscriptions.

First thing, if you have another active QuickBooks subscription, you will continue to incur charges for that subscription.

But if you already canceled your QuickBooks Online account a few months ago through the Account and Settings section but are still being charged, I recommend contacting live support directly to clarify the status of your account. They can verify why you're still being charged after you canceled your subscription. You can first check out our support hours to ensure we can assist you on time.

Here's how to contact us:

  1. Click the (?) Help menu at the top right section of your QBO Dashboard.
  2. Tap the Contact Us button.

I'm adding this article to understand Intuit's charges on your credit card or bank statement.

I have some articles for you if you need more information about QuickBooks Online cancellation:

Please leave me a message if you have any further concerns about canceling your QuickBooks Online subscription. I'm here to assist you and will await your response.
