I put disk in clicked file explorer and can't find computer on the next screen

I want to make sure you're able to do your task in QuickBooks without any issues. But before that, I want to ask some more details about the issue. What are you trying to achieve today and what help do you need specifically. Any information will help me rule out the issue for you.

In the meantime, if you're trying to install your QuickBooks on a PC, I have an alternative option for you. Make sure to remember the installation numbers (license and product keys) indicated on the box of your disc.

To start the installation, follow the steps below:

1. Go to the Downloads & Updates page.
2. Choose US for the country.
3. Below the survey, click on the standard setup link.
   
4. On the next page, enter your QuickBooks version to update then press Search. See this example:

If you have a local IT in your company, you may ask him for additional help by referring to the linked instructions.
