It's nice to see you here in the Community, @mrodriguez-profi. I'll share some insight about connecting your SquareUp Business checking account to QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE).
Please take note of the following reasons why you can't find or connect to your bank:
Your bank has multiple names on our list. Make sure you have selected the correct listing or have tried all possible links. Search by the banking sign-in URL to ensure you are using the correct listing.
Your bank does not connect to all types of accounts (for example, personal accounts vs business accounts).
Your bank is not a participating financial institution.
Also, may I know if you encountered any error messages while connecting your checking account? It would be great if you could add some screenshots too, so I can get a better view of it and share the best fix for it.
Additionally, each time you enter a transaction, it needs to be categorized. By doing so, the system will be able to place them on the appropriate line of your Schedule C form. See this article for more information: Categorize transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
Please let me know how it goes after trying these recommendations to connect your bank account by dropping a comment below. I'm always here to provide additional assistance. Have a great day!
