Added new bank acct to run P/R & QBO shows it being debited but something wasn't right & actually debited from original bank acct.How do I change bank acct on P/R checks?

Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Under Your Company, click the Payroll Settings.
3. Select the Company under the Bank Accounts section.
4. Click the Update button.
5. Select the Connect using your routing and account numbers link, then enter the correct bank account information.
6. Hit OK, got it.

Once done, let's update your bank account from the accounting preferences section. To ensures that your paychecks processed through the new bank account and properly listed in the correct check register.
