All caught up ! But my bank balance is $ 0.00 , i use QBO

Let me share some insights about the zero balance of your account in QuickBooks.

Bank balance and In QuickBooks balance is different. Your bank balance is affected by your downloaded transactions under the For Review tab on the Banking page. 

You can manually update your bank accounts to refresh the balance and its connection status with QuickBooks.

Here’s how:

1. Log in to your bank’s website outside QuickBooks.
2. Review your posted transactions and check for any connectivity error notifications.
3. Once completed, log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
4. Let’s perform a manual update on your connected bank account.
5. Go to the Banking tab and choose Update.
6. Select the Update Now. If prompted, enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) credentials.
7. Then, click Continue Update.

If you're still unable to see a correct bank balance, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team to verify and check what’s causing this issue.
