Can I deposit from make deposit screen. I see undeposited fund but am unable to deposit them?

Yes. You can deposit through the Make Deposits window, swsedona3.

You'll have to select the payments to be deposited. I've got the steps on how to do it:

1. From the Banking menu, select Make Deposits.
2. In the Payments to Deposit window, select the transactions.
3. Click OK.
4. Select a checking account for the Deposit TO drop-down on the Make Deposits window.
5. Click Save & Close.

Also, if you want to deposit the payment directly to your checking account, you can turn off undeposited account as the default account. Let me show you how:

1. Click the Edit menu, and then select Preferences.
2. Select Payments.
3. Go to the Company Preferences tab.
4. Deselect Use Undeposited Funds as a default deposit to account box.
5. Click OK.
