I'd be glad to help you delete the duplicate transaction, @prowe.

To review this further, you can visit the Audit Log to check for any changes to your books and who added them. If verified, delete the other one by selecting the Delete option at the bottom.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Audit Log.
  3. Use the fields on the Filter panel to choose the appropriate UserDate, or Events filter to narrow the results.
  4. Select Apply.
  5. To view the transaction, click the transaction link under the Event column.
  6. To delete, click More at the bottom of the screen and select Delete.
  7. Click Yes to confirm.
  8. Select Save and close.

It's also possible that you've added a bank transaction instead of matching them with the transaction you've entered manually. Refer to this link for more info: Categorize and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.
