I'll make sure that you can connect your credit card, userjljapartmentsllc.

At times, the stored temporary internet files in the system become corrupted causing connectivity issues in QuickBooks Self-Employed. To isolate the issue, you can perform some basic troubleshooting steps.

You may start by accessing your QBSE account in a private window This mode doesn't save site data and web searches to your system. Check out these shortcut keys:

  • Ctrl + Shift + N for Google Chrome
  • Ctrl + Shift + P for Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge
  • Command + Shift + N for Safari

Once done, connect your credit card again. If it's working fine, we'll have to go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to delete the junk files. Alternatively, you can try checking and updating your browser (if there's a prompt for updates) or switching to other supported browsers.

If you already connected your account but unable to get the latest bank transactions, you can manually update your connection. Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Choose Bank Accounts.
  3. Click Refresh All.

Additionally, here some articles that you can read to help streamline the review process of your online banking transactions:
