Wouldn't mean much of anything to notarize the transaction logs, most banks want a notarized P&L and balance sheet along with the last couple of years of income tax filings.
But regardless of what you get notarized, it amounts to print the item(s) and taking it to a notary, or having a cpa do it if the bank also wants an audit statement.
