Help I have got email regarding that my data migration is complete and I need to add changes to quick books online what should I do to get this up and running?

If I may ask, are you trying to move your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) file to QuickBooks Online(QBO)? If so, you have to make sure your books match after importing your QBDT file to QBO.

First, run a report such as profit and loss on the accrual basis in QBDT and open the same report on the accrual basis in QBO. If they don't match, you can check this article to know what happened to your data when switching from QBDT to QBO.

Once your company is all set and ready, let's get started with QBO.
