Hi when I log into my banking it only shows my saving account as an option any idea how to get my checking and credit card added? Everything shows on my chase online

Let me first share a few reasons why you're unable to find or connect them to QuickBooks Online:

• Not all account types are supported
• Your Financial institution reclassified the account or moved it to a new server
• Your account nickname changed
• Your bank issued a new bank or credit card number

Although, if everything is all good, just follow these steps to connect them:

1. Go to your bank's website and enter your credentials.
2. Copy the bank URL.
3. Go to QuickBooks Online's banking page, then click Add account.
4. Add the bank URL, then connect.
