How can QB automatically withdrawal money from my client's account? I did not request the withdrawal and haven't touched their account in months.

The only way that QuickBooks can automatically withdrawal money from your client's account is if they're still subscribed to a product. Since you haven't touched their account in months and you're not sure why they were charged, I recommend contacting our Customer Support Team. They have additional tools to see why money is withdrawing from your client's QuickBooks Online account. Here's how: 

1. Go to the Help icon. 
2. Click the Contact Us button. 
3. Give a brief description of the issue and then press Let's Talk. 
4. Scroll down and choose to Get a call.
