If your credit card is correctly connected to your Quickbooks, then you should only have to select the "Update" button on the Banking tab. If your credit card isn't connected, then you will select the "Add Account" button on the banking tab to go through the process of connecting. IF quickbooks isn't automatically uploading the credit card transactions you can also do it manually by going to the Update button on the banking tab (down arrow) and do a file upload. You would have to download the transactions from your credit card company and upload in the format quickbooks needs. Hope this helps.
Hey, bobleilich. Nice to see you in the community again. We do have a video you can use for instructions on setting up bank and credit card feeds. If a written guide is more you style though, here are the steps:
Click Banking, on the left-hand side
Now on the right side of the screen, select Add Account
Once you reach the next page, enter your bank's name *note* if your bank is not supported it will not appear when you type the name
Select your bank once it appears in the search window
Next, enter the online banking credentials for your bank account
Then it's going to ask which accounts you would like to add. Select the ones you'd like, and map them to the correct chart of accounts account.
We also have this article about setting up bank and credit card feeds that goes a bit more into detail. Let me know how it goes or if you need any more help and have a great rest of your day.
