How do I get rid of transactions that are still on my reconcile? They are duplicates. Why do they say split?

Let me help you go over to your account and get rid of those duplicates, goodtogo-gs.

If the transactions affect multiple accounts it will show as Split in QuickBooks Online. Before you get rid of them, you might want to make sure to compare the two transactions to verify that they're duplicates.

Once verified, below are the steps to complete the deletion process:

  1. In the left navigation tab, click on Transactions and choose Banking.
  2. In the For Review tab, select the duplicate transactions.
  3. Hit on the Exclude button.
  4. Go to the Excluded tab, select the duplicate transactions.
  5. Hit the Delete button.
