If the transactions affect multiple accounts it will show as Split in QuickBooks Online. Before you get rid of them, you might want to make sure to compare the two transactions to verify that they're duplicates.
Once verified, below are the steps to complete the deletion process:
In the left navigation tab, click on Transactions and choose Banking.
In the For Review tab, select the duplicate transactions.
Hit on the Exclude button.
Go to the Excluded tab, select the duplicate transactions.
