Hi there, @bc-angela.

You'll want to import the transaction manually to your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) account. Let me show you how.

  1. Sign in to your bank website.
  2. Follow the steps to download the transactions as a CSV file.
  3. Once done, go to the Gear icon in your QBSE account.
  4. Select Import.
  5. Click the account you want to add the transactions.
  6. Select Browse and locate the file downloaded from your bank.
  7. Click Open and review the column.
  8. Select Continue.

You can also check this article for more detailed steps on importing your bank transactions to your QBSE account: Add older transactions to QuickBooks Self-Employed

Once done, you can now categorize and edit transactions in your QBSE account.
