How do I set up memorized transactions, like monthly rental receipts, to remember accts, classes etc

To memorize a transaction, let's use the recurring transaction in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Let me show you how.

In your QBO account:

1. Click the Gear icon on the top menu.
2. Choose Recurring Transactions under Lists.
3. Click the New button.
4. Select the type of template to create in the Transaction Type. 
5. Choose OK.
6. Enter the Template name.
7. Choose a Type: Scheduled, Unscheduled, or Reminder.
