How do you get your credit card accounts to show in the banking section? I have tried to reconnect, but the credit card company states they are already connected.

I'm happy to provide some insight into how to connect your credit card account. Follow these steps below. 

1. Sign in. 
2. Click Banking on the left. 
3.  At the top you should see all your accounts linked to your QBO account (Such as Checking, Savings and CC)

If you don't see your credit card account there you can click the + Link account button on the right and fill out the necessary info. From there you should be prompted to enter your account details. 

If you're still experiencing issues, my suggestion would be to reach out to our support team, they have the tools at their disposal to dive into your account and see exactly what's connected. They also can screen share with you so you can see what they see. Here's the steps to reach them. 

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
2. Select Help (?) at the top right.
3. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
