How to fix? I have 2 accounts with Intuit, QBooks and Mint. Whenever I access my bank through QB, I lose connection in Mint. Then visa versa when I try to fix in Mint.

Try open your QBSE account on primary browser, and open your Mint account on private/incognito browser.

Unfortunately I am using the apps, so this solution does not work for me.
