I can help you in  reconnecting your bank account, @am34

You can go to the Banking menu to reconnect your account.

I can show you how:

  1. Go to the Banking tab in the left navigation bar and select  Add Account.
  2. Search for your bank and choose Continue once you've located it.
  3. Use the credentials you use to sign-in to the bank's website.
  4. Select the accounts you'd like to connect and assign an appropriate account type.
  5. Choose the date range and click Connect.

The following article offers additional info on connecting banks and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online.

In case you're having trouble in reconnecting your bank account, you can check the following article on how to resolve it: What to do if you see a bank error or bank transactions won’t download.

Let me know if there's anything that I can assist you with your bank connection and or anything else. I'm always here to assist.
