Thank you for posting here in the Community, @zhiping_li.

Let's connect your bank account to QuickBooks Online (QBO) so you can automatically transfer bank transactions.

To do it, follow the steps listed below:

  1. Select Banking from the left panel.
  2. Hit Add account.
  3. Enter the name of your bank account and select if from the list.
  4. Fill out the username and password you use to access the bank's website, then tap Sign-in.
  5. Click Continue.
  6. Select the Account type drop-down menu then choose Bank account.
  7. Click Connect.

I've got you an article that outlines detailed steps on how to connect your QuickBooks with your bank: Connect bank and credit card accounts to QBO.

Once done, you can review, add, and match your transactions. As you review downloaded transactions, you can assign a payee, category, class, or location to each transaction as needed.

You can visit this article: How to use Online Banking, Connect Bank Accounts, and Review your Bank Feed in QBO. You'll find steps on how to import, create new accounts in the Chart of Accounts and other related topics.

Feel free to reach out to me again if you have any other questions. I'm just a post away. You have a great day.
