I am not able to undo a reconciliation. It only says print under the action dropdown

I'll share some information about undoing a reconciliation, south.

The Undo option for a reconciled period is only available in QuickBooks Online Accountant. If you need to completely start over, I'd recommend inviting your accountant to your company and let him undo the reconciliation period at once. I'll guide you how:

1. Click the Gear icon
2. Select Manage Users.
3. Go to the Accounting firms tab, then click the Invite button.
4. Enter the accountant's information.
5. Click Save.
6. Let your accountant undo the entire reconciliation.

If you only need to change a few transactions, we can undo it in your Chart of Accounts. here's how:

1. Select Accounting from the sidebar menu.
2. Choose Chart of Accounts.
3. Select the appropriate account and then click View Register.
4. Select the transaction you want to unreconcile.
5. Review the check column. If the transaction is reconciled, you’ll see an “R.”
6. Select the box and keep clicking it until the box is blank to remove the transaction from the reconciliation.
7. Click Save to complete the process.

If you made an adjustment to your past reconciliation, I suggest reaching out to your accountant to avoid discrepancies and confusion.
