Welcome to the Community, @ezatullahy.

There’s a great chance you’re opening a wrong bank account from your banking tab. Thus, you’re seeing transactions that are not in your actual bank account. You’ll want to ensure you’re opening the right bank account in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.

Also, you might have imported the transactions to the wrong bank account. When importing transactions to your QBO account, ensure to choose the appropriate account to avoid confusion.

If you have imported the transactions to a wrong bank account, you can remove it and add it to the right bank account.  However, if you haven’t uploaded those transactions, you might want to check your Audit log and see who uploaded them in your QBO account.

Then, to remove those transactions from your banking tab, you can follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Transactions or Banking menu.
  2. Select the Banking tab.
  3. Click the For review tab.
  4. Put a checkmark on the transaction you want to delete and click Exclude (deleted transactions will go to the Excluded tab).
  5. Go to the Excluded tab, select those transactions deleted from the For review tab and click Delete

Once done, upload the transactions again to the right bank account. Additionally, I’ve added this article that guides you through the detailed steps in reconciling your accounts perfectly: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online.
