I cannot find a bank deposit for anACH payment

In addition to what gayatriluthfias20 shared, if a customer makes a payment through bank transfers (ACH payment), it can take 2-7 business days before it gets deposited to your account. Although, it will vary depending on these factors:

• Time of day you enter transactions.
• Weekends and federal holidays.
• The financial institution where transactions are deposited.
• How long it takes for your bank to verify and process electronic deposits.

You log in and check your QuickBooks Payments account. Then, click Deposits under Activity & Reports to check the transaction.
