I cannot find the previous 2 transactions done 2 days ago they were set for deposit and never arrived in my envelope account

Thanks for coming to the Community for your concerns, @userdrewsgsragellc. I'm here to help you find the missing payments you want to deposit in QuickBooks Online. 

If you're trying to deposit the payment in the Bank Deposit window, ensure that they in your Undeposited Funds account so they'll automatically appear in the Bank Deposit window.

Otherwise, let's review the payment as it may have been put into another account. Here's how: 

1. Go to the Sales menu, then select the All Sales tab.
2. Find the invoice payment or sales receipt you’re looking for. If you use online banking and don’t see the payment here, make sure you’ve downloaded and categorized it.
3. Select the transaction to open the form, then review the Deposit to the field. Make sure you select Undeposited Funds.
4. Select Save and close. This moves the payment to Undeposited Funds.
5. Select Create (+), and then select Bank Deposit.

If you use QuickBooks Payments, no worries as QuickBooks categorizes payments for you. You’ll see your pending payments in the Bank Deposit window.
