The form was reported missing this week. The good news is our Product Team has introduced a fix for this issue.

You need to log out and log back into the Self-Employed account to validate the form. And, the 1099 form will be available.

Our engineering team is still investigating with the said issue. As soon as we have an update, we'll get back to this thread.

As an alternative, you can ask your vendor to send a PDF of your 1099 through email.
