Hi there, @claudia13.

You can click the Update button after selecting the credit card tile and check if the bank transactions are already downloading. If the transactions are not successfully imported, you can disconnect and then reconnect your account using your bank's URL. I'd be glad to guide you through.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Banking menu and click the Edit button in the credit card tile.
  2. Select Edit account info.
  3. Tick the box for Disconnect this account on save.

Once done, you can reconnect the bank in the Banking page.

  1. Select the + Link account button.
  2. Enter your bank's URL in the search field.
  3. Select the bank, enter your credentials, and click Continue.
  4. Click on the bank account you want to connect with.
  5. Select the drop-down button and assign it to the account you've disconnected. I've added a sample screenshot for your reference below.

  6. Select Connect.

After reconnecting wait for a few moments and check if all the bank transactions are being downloaded. If you need to update the credit card details, you can check out the steps in this article: Connect bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online. Then, scroll down to Step 3: Keep your accounts up to date section.

I've added an article for your reference when your ready to categorize your bank transactions in QuickBooks: Assign, categorize, edit, and add your downloaded banking transactions. This also contains other sub-topics such as matching or adding downloaded banking transactions.

Please don't hesitate to tag my name below if you need further assistance or questions. I'd be here to help. Have a wonderful day ahead.
