I have already created a quickbooks account. I downloaded the app, but it’s not connecting to what I have already created. How do I fix this?

You'll want to use the same login information you created when signing up for your QuickBooks Self-Employed account to login to the mobile app. If you can't remember your login information, I recommend resetting your password.
