I have been trying to cancel my account for the last 6 months. Every time I click the link to cancel I get an error screen. Please issue me a refund or I will chargeback.

Thanks for your help. Any even better recommendation would be for Intuit to fix their FU CKlNG website. I decided to call American Express and initiated chargebacks for every transaction that Intuit billed my account for.
