I'll you restore the bank account, princessarayata.

Let's go to your Chart of Accounts to make it active again. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Accounting menu and select Chart of Accounts.
  2. Click the small Gear icon in the right-hand side of the page, then check the box for Include inactive.
  3. Look for the bank account that was made inactive, then click Made active.

Once done, open the register and look for the journal entry that was created by QuickBooks when the account was made inactive. This is to restore the balance that was zeroed out before the account was inactivated. It should have "Created by QB Online to adjust balance for deletion" in the Memo column. You can click on it and select Delete
