Question

I have over 1000 transactions in undeposited funds because I did a square import. How can I delete all of them in bulk?

Welcome to QuickBooks Community, brian121.

The bulk delete can only be done for bank feeds transactions that are yet added in QuickBooks. Deleting transactions in bulk from Chart of Accounts such those under the Undeposited Funds is not yet available. You'll need to delete them one at a time.

In case you need a reference on how to delete them individually, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Accounting on the left pane and choose Chart of Accounts.
  2. Click the View Register link.
  3. Choose the Undeposited Funds account.
  4. Form the list of transaction, click one transaction and choose Delete.
  5. A pop-up message will show. Click Yes.
