How was it so far, @allisonpenegar96?

I've got your back today! Let's review together why QuickBooks doesn't accept your log-in credentials. First, make sure that the bank's URL is used when searching for your financial institution. If it's the correct one yet the error continues, you can click on the Reconnect button that displays within the error message and physically enters the user name and password.

If you're getting the same behavior, you can try following the next solutions from this article for an additional fix: Error 103 for QuickBooks Self-Employed.

I would also recommend getting in touch with our QuickBooks Support if the error continues. This way, a representative can check for any open investigation and share with you on how to sign in successfully. To contact support, tap on the Contact Us button from the Help menu.

Once your bank is successfully connected, you can also refer to this article on how to categorize the transactions downloaded from your bank: Categorize transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

Please let me know in the comment section if you have any follow-up questions. I'm a post away to help. Cheers to your success!
